A cardstock fire engine

It's about 4.5 inches wide (12cm wide) so you get a sense of how tiny some of the pieces are. Each square in the grid is 1cm, or about 0.4 of an inch. I used a 45 degree blade the whole time (have given up on the 60 blade for cardstock) and the pen tool. Mostly I used a force of 130 and speed of about the same, but for the ladders I slowed waaaay down to speed of 30 and force of 40 and did two passes. This isn't assembled (the pieces are just aligned on top of each other), so it looks a bit crooked and rough. But very impressed (read: reassured, after the seemingly unavoidable few weeks of frustrating new ownership) with how intricate the cuts can be.
