January Card Challenge Info and Q&A

Welcome to the January 2012 Card Challenge! I hope you all enjoy the challenges we have created for you and have a lot of fun along the way!

A couple of housekeeping items for the challenge:

1. The challenges will be open until 9:00 PM Mountain Time on Sunday, January 22nd.
2. The challenges will remain posted beyond the end of the challenge in case anyone would like to come back and do them at a later time or just to get inspiration. Please note that some of the free files may be removed at the end of the challenges - they are being offered for free during the challenges only.
3. You can enter as many cards per challenge as you wish, however only two (2) will count in the prize drawing and they must be in separate posts in the challenge thread.
4. Challenges cannot be combined.
5. All cards must be STARTED and finished during the crop.
6. I will use random org program to draw winners for each challenge.
7. Bathrooms are down the hall and exits are ....oh wait sorry that's the conference hostess in me coming out :ROFLMBO:

Please feel free to post any questions you may have about any of the challenges in this thread so there is just one place for us to look for them :)

Thanks and I hope you enjoy and have lots of fun!

Fun, fun, fun!!!!

After my accident I had to use a bedside commode for awhile. That might be useful to put in my craft room! :ROFLMBO: Just kidding folks!

Thank also Kathy for doing this. I know how crazy and hectic your life is. I really appreciate the thought and effort you put into this to make it happen. And for pushing me to make something I hadn't done before.

CeCe - I started laughing as I needed to use the bathroom at the time and didn't want to get up and the though went through my mind (scary huh?) -

And the race is on and here comes CeCe up the backstretch! LOL

LOL Kathy!!

Seriously - great job on all of the challenges. Hope to get a few done at least and always eager to see what everyone creates. I love being "pushed" out of my comfort zone (ok - I need more of a shove than a push!) but love to see the new an fun ideas.

Thanks to all who contributed and special thanks to Kathy for organizing this!

Kathy Thanks for organizing this. I just hope I'm able to do some of them. The ATC's are kicking my butt right now. :banghead: had to trash my idea, big sigh.

You are all most welcome! It really pushed me to get a little creative (not much LOL) but to also buckled down and get some things accomplished (and now I have seven cards already in my stash and that's without doing of the other challenges LOL).

Gigi - No shoving, but I will push you around LOL (Inside joke folks don't get upset at me! LOL)

Suzan - I knew there was a great card maker inside of you! I simply love what you have created and appreciate all the help and support you gave me leading up to the challenge start time.

Phyllis - sorry they are kicking your butt -- no one is going to let me host another ATC swap ever again! I hope you can find some time to play along with the challenges.

CeCe If I ever get to buy a home and have a craft room I may have to keep that in mind (I am getting older so it might be a good thing LOL)

love you all and thanks for making this such a fun place to hang out!
