Yes, CeCe - the vinyl is on the back and "filled in" with gallery glass. Normally you would do the pattern on the front with liquid leading, let it dry, and then fill it in with the Gallery glass (it's a paint that dries clear as you can see). There are about 30+ colors. Some have sparkle in them like the red. Anyway - because there was nothing to "hold the color", I did it on the back (see the first pic when it's wet and you can see how I filled it in - just had to be sure the color went over the vinyl so when flipped there would be no open spots. Does that make sense?? In some ways it was easier than using the liquid leading, but it's just different having the work shine through the glass rather than on top of the glass.
That is probably clear as mud.
I also thought it would be fun to put it double sided adhesive acetate and then glitter it for a card - but would definitely use a simpler design.
Was just experimenting... and it must have been Pat who originally did something similar......it was definitely not an original idea.
