I like it Elizabeth - very pretty. And what a need idea to use the Chinese characters.

I really wanted to do this one, and had my card all planned out, but my Gazelle heard Christy when she said we were done at 5, and went on strike! It seemed anything I tried to cut after that got chewed up, bent, shifted over, user mistakes, etc. So, I'm done for the night I was hoping to do more still, but I know when to call it quits.
I did want to share what I was trying for. I planned to do Penny's butterflies to put on it. The flowers and branch are from SVGCuts. The borders are my own design. I'm really looking forward to getting my Cougar. My first cut wasn't bad, except that the Gazelle couldn't hadn't the intricate part of the border (it had 11 parts). I modified it to be only 8 parts but that's when the Gazelle decided to go on strike.

Here's the other thing I did this weekend, which although it is blue, yellow and white(inside), can't count because it was a card I needed to send out because we missed someone on the mailing list a week ago. Just wanted to share. I did Andy's bbq with red vinyl. The shininess of it really gave the look of the real bbq.

Oh Jeannette - that card will be beautiful when you can get it cut. I love the design - it is lovely. So sorry your machine decided to give up on you - but glad you have one on its way to you. Thanks for sharing what you had planned.

I made this to go in the box by Rachellann for my FIL. Too late for the challenge but i managed to get two challenges done in one weekend. LOL not bad for my first crop challenge. Gleu not dry yet but front and back done.
