Tyler - you can also get the paper keepers (called a million different things) that will hold 250 or more sheets. I have done that by color and pattern with dividers in between. It's pretty easy to find what you want and pull out the paper rather than removing a stack to get to it......

Which paper keepers were you referring to? like the white paper boxes with 4 slots?

No - they are plastic but sturdy - Karen Foster used to make them but I don't think she does anymore. Let me see if I can find a pic of some. They are shaped like the magazine storage holders - but are plastic and hold quite a bit of paper.
