Can anyone give me tips and possible settings for cutting out a design on a stencil plastic sheet? Thanks in advance for any help.

There are as many different types of stencil material as there are letters in the alphabet - maybe more! :) It would help if you could give us more information on the type of stencil material you would like to cut. We have many people on here who are cutting stencils as a business and have a lot of experience. You can also search the forum for specifics if that is helpful. But feel free to share more information on the details of the stencil material. And know that cutting any plastic material will wear down the blades more quickly because of the heat generated.

Also remember that the test cut button should be your best friend. It is a great way to experiment with blades and material to determine the correct pressure. Will look for more information from you.
