10 mil Mylar from StencilEase

I have sheets of 10 mil Mylar that I ordered from StencilEase. Anyone have recommendations for what blade to use and what settings to use to cut stencils from this Mylar? Thanks!

Every machine is a little different. We all set our blades slightly differently. The best way to find the setting that works for you is to use the test cut button. Once you get a good cut you will know the best setting. A few other things. Slow your machine speed down. It is usually a good thing when cutting stencil material depending on the plastic content. The friction of cutting through the plastic can be really hard on the blades so be cautious. If you are cutting simple shapes speed it as not an issue. But if the shapes are more complicated slow the machine down and watch sharp corners. You may want to use the 60 degree+ blade, but you can use the 60 degree blade. Try and see what gives you the best results for what you are cutting.
