mmhockeyfan - when this happened to me with my other machine but same software I was using Microsoft. The only Mac I ever used is the tablet, other than that I am a Microsoft kinda gal

That is always something to consider (the Mac issue) as there have been problems that only Mac users have experienced. One more thing to consider.
