Silver Bullet Malfunction

Silver Bullet Malfunction

Postby jmlsbx » November 20th, 2017, 11:50 am

Hoping someone might be able to help me with a malfunction on my Silver Bullet. I recently powered it on to replace components after a while without using it, and as soon as I did, the cutter head made a beeline for the left-hand wall of the cutter, ultimately hitting the wall and proceeding to jackhammer against it as long as the cutter is turned on. See the attached video for an example of the behavior. The issue persists after power cycling the unit, removing power cord completely and power cycling that way, and after doing a factory reset by holding the origin button while powering on. None of the buttons have any effect once the cutter is on. Does anybody know what might be causing the issue?

The video is not showing up but that is an issue that usually occurs when parts need to be replaced. So what part(s) did you actually replace? Need more info. Thanks.
