Hi,
First time using pen tool (rec'd two years ago in Gotta Have it All Package). I have the three sizes and I can't fit the small holder into the large one to handle smaller pens. What am I doing wrong?

Hard to know without pictures or something. Did you take the screw totally out of the large one to put the small one in? I just keep mine that way as I rarely use the large one alone. The small easily slips into the large and then the screw from the large one holds it in place afterward.

Yes I took screw all the way out

The one on the outside right should fit in the outside left - so you are putting the bottom of the right into the top of the left.
