Cuts are Off Reg Marks

Cuts are Off Reg Marks

Postby theideaboxkids » March 29th, 2016, 1:59 pm

Hi There-

I am using the SB 24 inch...SCAL 4.044 (most recent version)
This is my first time using my SB since I switched to a new computer last week. I downloaded SCAL, set-up my SB...and, my cuts are not coming out correct, as they were before (see attached image). The printed image should be centered in the cut. I print images, and have my registration/cutter marks lined up same as always...nothing has changed. So, I am wondering if I have missed a setting in my preferences when setting up the software...?

I only do one thing with my SB, and that is cut out these ovals for my product.
Can someone offer some guidance on this?

Thanks!

Did you check the calibration on your machine? Hopefully you saved the numbers that work so you can just go change them and see if that works. If not you can recalibrate - that would be my first suggestion.

You are welcome! If print and cuts are off, that is always the first thing I check. And if you save your numbers that work, you can just put the numbers and check it. But re-calibrating is also that not hard to do. Glad you are up and running! Thanks for letting me know.
