How to emboss a shape not just the line

Hi folks,

Is there a way to get the SB to emboss a filled shape rather than just the outline? Easy to do if you have an embossing folder and I suppose I could make one, but hope that there's a setting that I could use instead to get the SB to emboss the inner part to effectively emboss an entire shape and not just the outline.

You would go to Effects in the software and use the Line Fill and experiment with that until you get the coverage that you want/need. There is also a Cross Hatch setting there that many of us use to engrave, but the line fill should work well to fill the shape for you - I would think.

You could also go to Effects then Shadow Layer and use the Inset Shadow (which might work better if you have a shape with curves and make repeated Inset Shadows until the image is full.

I have not tried it, but thinking that might work best - depending on the look you want in the end.

Hope that helps.
