best days we have received the silver bullet but we can cut machine cutters. You can help.
How can we cut a paper in 300g glossy A3 size. Do you know the program settings and tell the machine settings.
We use SCAL4 the program.

spookking It is imperative that you take the time to go completely and throughly through the Learning Center.....you will gain so much knowledge of operating the machine by doing this.......You are able to learn at your own pace doing this......Once you go through the Learning Center and then have questions....it will be much easier for someone to answer more specific questions you may encounter. Congratulations on your new machine.....once you learn how to operating this amazing piece of equipment you will understand why we are all so proud to be Silver Bullet owners......

Since you are not registered for the Learning Center, could you please verify where your machine was purchased?
