You would change the cut line to dashes - see the picture below. (click on the paint palette icon) If you then click on the line drop down menu there are a variety of dashes. Then just lower your force if necessary so you don't cut all the way through. Since you do want it to perforate, you might be able to get away with not changing your force. Try it on the card stock you will be using and play with the force until you get it the way that you want.
Sometimes I use the dashes at a lower force to fold whatever I am working on - makes it easy and I don't have to change tools. Yes I can be lazy about changing blades!
