Problem with cutting on entire mat surface

Problem with cutting on entire mat surface

Postby Ana » October 24th, 2014, 12:05 pm

Good Afternoon All,
Please I need some help. All of a sudden my 13"courgar will not cut all the way across the mat. It cuts whatever I have on the first 6"of the mat. In other words when placing the mat into the machine it will cut at the beginning but when moving on into the machine it just pretends to cut. And all it does is leave an indentation of whatever it was supposed to be cutting.
I hope some of you very clever people can help or point me in the direction where I can get help. This is a waste of a good machine if not completely usable.
Thanks in advance
Ana

Check your blade holder and make sure it is clamped into the arm securely. it it is not tight it will slide up and you wont notice it.
Helping where I can when I can.

Also be sure your mat is level and the material is well brayered onto the mat.
