I'm on my Mac with Safari and the symbol under everyone's name is still definitely not there for me either! I suspect it has something to do with being a moderator or just a common every day user!

I have them, and I am as common as can be, LOL! Using IE 10 on a PC.

it's probably a personal setting in the "user control panel" category that is either allowed or not allowed per each user. (I'm really just guessing here...LOL)

I have the symbol under everyones names also. I was looking through the options in the User Control Panel, and couldn't figure out if there was something there that caused them to show up or not. Guess we will need to see if Tyler can enlighten us about that.

Wow! Amazing to have found all these replies to my initial post about using a Silver Bullet cutter to cut (and engrave) metal clay. I'm wondering which of the many softwares others have found most useful for jewellery designs and whether anyone has done a comparison of the various brands of copper and bronze clays using glycerine to make them flexible?

Hi,

I realize that this posting is about a year old. Did anyone have any success cutting metal clay (PMC3 maybe)? I recently got my silver bullet and would love to try to cut silver clay but afraid it can be tricky. Can somebody share their experience and maybe some useful tips? Does clay need to be cut while it is still wet I assume? What blade should I use and what settings work the best? I've read that some people put plastic wrap under the clay so it doesn't stick to the mat. Has anyone done that? Sorry for too many questions.

This post was on the first page of this thread:

I cut Silver metal clay on the Silhouette Cameo all the time, so if you need any questions answered feel free to ask. When my SB machine arrives I'll start experimenting on the settings with it...the only diff will be the pressure and velocity settings. - from suemcnenly

I would suggest you PM her if she doesn't respond to this thread. I tagged her so she will receive notification of your interest.
