Cutting issues

Hi
Please Help.......I am new to the cutting family and so far have managed to work through the basics but today I am having problems. My scal software is telling me that the image I wish to cut has been sent to the silver bullet to be cut and my 'silver bullet' seems to receive the information/cutting file but only cuts a straight line? I have tried turning the machine off and doing a factory reset but still doing the same thing.

Can you clarify what you are trying to cut? Is it an actual svg file or is it an image in which case you would have to turn it into a cut file or do a print and cut.

Hi it is a svg file and I have cut it before, I have even tried cutting a basic image from the library but still only cuts a line??

Do you have your pinch wheels down and under the white rectangles?

Have you rebooted your computer lately? Sometimes it just takes clearing out the memory. And your shape is completely on the virtual mat in SCAL, right?

Hoping when I try again tomorrow after a night of being shut down it will work again ( yes cutting image on scal mat) thanks for your help
