I am in desperate need of help! I just got a machine from a friend that never used it and now I know why! She probably didn't know how I can't figure out how to even begin. Is there a manual online?

The best thing you can do is ask your friend where she purchased the machine. Assuming it was from Sherri (US) or Dawn (UK) they can then verify the purchase and then you will be able to register for the Learning Center (tab above). All of the information you need to find will be accessible to you.
