Help installing MTC plugin...

I just bought the Black Cat Cougar 24" and I'm trying to install my MTC software plug in....I'm following the owners manual and everytime I get the message "unable to install plugin (1)" ...any ideas????

when I use Make the cut with my cougar I use the Klik N Cut plugin to cut with. use the klik n cut maxx one. Lesa

when installing the plugin make sure MTC is c losed

Are you talking about the driver or the plugin? If you are talking about the driver, try this link:
learn/install/BCplugin.zip

If you are having problems with the plugin, I would restart the computer (making sure that MTC is closed).
