Software compatibility MAC vs. PC

Hi SB community,

Looking to purchase a SB, but also planning to upgrade my computer and considering a move from PC to MAC. Are all of the SB compatible software programs available for MAC?

Also not sure about Adobe Illustrator since all new software seems to now be supported by their Cloud - of the remaining software programs, which has the best reputation? Cutting fonts will be one of my main uses.

Sure Cuts A Lot and Signcut are both compatible with PC and Mac, as are both Inkscape and Illustrator
