The Outbox and PM's

When you send a message, you will notice it goes to your outbox, not to sent. This is because the messages stay in your outbox until the person you sent it to has read it. When it is read, it will be placed in your sent folder. That way, if you need to edit your message or something you can do it all the way up to the point the person reads it.

, but I think I can help! Click on user control panel (at the top of the page) and that will open a series of tabs. Click on the "Private Messages" tab and then you will be able to compose a message to whomever you want. They will receive a message in their email letting them know they have a PM and will receive a link to receive it.

It looks like there is another way, too. On the right side of the screen, under a persons name, # of posts and other info, there is a square button. The first one. I don't know what is on it. Looks like a scarecrow to me, but I rather doubt it. If you hover over it, it says private message. Clicking on it takes you to the PM screen with whoevers name you clicked on already there.
