I NEED THERAPY
You are SO missing the point, Lisa - and I am so enabling you!!
Our crafting IS our therapy (and its a LOT cheaper and more effective than the "real therapy" ) !! You NEED to adjust your priorities woman!!
Love ya!

Well how much fun is that???
Need vs. want...... ok - you really DO need the glasses so you can craft, but other than that...............

My package is in town... it arrived early this morning... so now for it to get on a truck and make it's way to my house.... I'm going to be home all day.. so shouldn't miss the Fed Ex man. I just hope he gets here early... rather than later in the day.

Just checked again and my package is now showing out for delivery... too bad I'm not the first stop on the route...
I feel like I'm stalking the Fed Ex driver.
Sherri, Thank you so much for getting it out so quickly, even with being out of town!!! I'm going to be a nervous wreck all day waiting for it to show up.
ETA: IT's HERE... so at least I don't have to wait ALL day for it.. now I need to cook breakfast, so I can start playing.

I have a few questions on the foil. I'm trying to make something with different colored foil, and yes, I'm trying to use the smallest pieces I can to cover my image... I need to conserve what I have until I get my order from Dawn.
However, I'm having a hard time getting the small pieces to lay flat and stay in place. Is there something we can use to keep the foil in place until we are ready to put our cover sheet on and put it through the machine, with out ruining the foil or the paper?? My pieces want to keep curling and not lay flat... and I don't want to "ruin" my foil by doing something I shouldn't. Thanks.

Hummmmmmmmmmmm try rolling the foil gently in reverse then back out and see if it will lay flatter for you....

do you think just a smidge of painters tape in the corners might help and not damage anything?

Penny, I had tried that, but since the pieces I'm using were so small, it didn't really help... but will try it again the next time.
Kim, I thought about painters tape, but was afraid that putting it through the machine would make it stick even more... so haven't tried that.
I think I may just save my scrap pieces of foil to use with glue, and not make myself crazy trying to use tiny pieces for the Foil Master.
Thanks for the suggestions though... I appreciate it.

I just cut all my pieces before placing on the print. Then put them on in on go and slam the cover sheet on fast

I have another question... When you print something out, how long can you wait to do the foiling? I'm sure it doesn't have to be immediately, as it takes some time to get the foil on (at least it does for me when I'm trying to get more than one color), but if I were to print out a whole sheet of something, and then cut them, then foil them as I need them (maybe weeks or even months later) would it still work.. or is it best to do it ASAP?
I don't want to print and cut a whole bunch of something that I know I would use at some point, but not sure what color I may want to make them, and then find out that the foil won't stick any longer.

days later is certainly fine. I am not sure about weeks or months though as I haven't left it that long

WOW, that was a really quick response Dawn.. thank you. I may try waiting longer. I wanted to make some butterflies, and if I make a whole sheet, I will put one away, and wait a few weeks, and see how it goes... (If I don't forget where I put it in the mean time... LOL)

LOL Diane - that would be my problem. I would probably find it a year later - if at all!
