Foil Master

It came in today!! Thanks Sherri for getting out the door so fast. I had to finish a few things for work before I could play, but I just got finished playing with it. The only complaint....you need to put some more foil in there....

But you've already seen what it can do and it does such an amazing job of doing the fine lines. I just did some "Get Well Soon!' little cards to put on top of the cards that I do for my Mom, so not such a special artistic job....but it looks so good. But when I got done with the foil...well, what do you do with the foil that didn't stick? It's a reverse image of what I did, so I just hated to throw it away. So, I printed a black sheet and ran that thru with the "remnant", and I got, in this case, a silver card with black lettering. How great is that?!

Oh, why didn't I get this sooner. This is so cool. This could be addicting.

LOL Oh but Pat....we can't help ourselves!!! I just placed an order from a company in the US that has the foil so I can play a wee bit before my goodies from Dawn's store arrives!!!!

It's a laminator!! DH is always needing to laminate something, so now he can. It just so happens to double as a foil machine.

And Penny - I thought about ordering from the US company but I am practicing patience and waiting for my order from Dawn. It's a joke between us as I have the patience of a flea! So I am trying to wait....

I had to be the enabler but did you notice the Folining Design DVD on Dawn's site? That is the most absolutely AMAZING group of files and they are all set and ready to be done with the foil master. OMG, I love it!!!!!!!

I have a few video's done for the foil master and hope to do more really soon so I can start posting them. I'm thinking we might need to start a foil master category under the BC Machnes tab.LOL

Good grief - there are over 400 files on it AND 75 treasure boxes, if I remember right and a 33 pg PDF - tons of info!

One more can't wait to get!! (and am so NOT mad at you Christy!!)

Yep I love it. I"m doing a couple of those treasure boxes for Steph's challenge in the Christmas Crop. I can't wait until I get that far.
