Lisa - I had mine from the email that I had saved with it on it. (I always keep a copy on the computer and print out a copy). However, scal support can also get that and resend it to you. They sent mine when I asked them about changing my old email address they had still on file. Their email addy is
support@craftedge.com.
I still haven't heard back from their support yet regarding my Cougar not being recognized. Guess I need to send them a followup email in case it got lost in the no longer supporting C#$@%* mess the past couple of days.
Thanks Tyler for your offer of help. If I can get it to work with the Cougar I will probably get the license for the MAC so I can use my Mac laptop. I think that I will have to buy a new, separate license for the MAC version unfortunately. Still haven't had time to sit down and try the trial version on the Mac. Maybe tomorrow.
I will also go look for Dawn's Tutorial she has posted and see if that will help me. Thanks everybody.
