Pause in print and cut.

Hi,
I cannot get the cutter to go to 2 in print and cut. The laser works on 1, but no matter how many times i try it goes to pause on the second cut. Driving me crazy.I have moved it all over the mat.
Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Patty

Be sure you aren't out of range with where your registration mark is and that you have properly calibrated the machine. Have you thoroughly gone through the learning center classroom?

It might help if you itemized the steps you are using to set up your print and cut and then perform it. Just saying it doesn't work doesn't give us a lot of information. The more you can share, the better we can help you. Thanks.
