My silver bullet isn't working right.... The sure cuts says it has been sent to machine... but it wont cut. Just started this today

That really isn't a lot of information to go by. Have you checked all of your connections? Did you test the connection in the software to be sure they are communicating? Is your machine online? Are you trying to cut something with a lot of nodes that takes more time?

I don't know what you have tried and haven't. Go over the basics and be sure that everything is in place for a successful cut and that you have communication. Then try to cut a simple square and see if that works. Lets go step by step........

Like Gigi noted, you need to give a lot more detail for someone to help you troubleshoot. But, that said - the first thing to check is to make sure you put the cutter back online after you set the orientation. What you are describing is what you would see happen if your cutter is not online. It seems like a simple thing, but is a step many of us can forget from time to time, especially if we do not use our cutters regularly every day. If that is not it, another thing to check is to make sure the baud rate is set correctly on the machine and in the software.
