Cougar - Circle not finishing where it started. Newbie!

Hello all, I wasn't exactly sure how to search for this, so I apologize if it's been answered. I am using a 13" Cougar and cutting a 1.25" circle out of vinyl. It's not finishing exactly where it started, it's just off a hair. What things should I check?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Do you have your offset and overcut set correctly? (and yes, these numbers have been posted a lot on here!) I am guessing you have not set your offset correctly but here are the numbers:

Offset:

0.25mm for the standard blades
0.6mm for the detail blades
0.7mm for the 60plus blade
If your shapes have rounded corners when you are using these offsets then it is for a different reason.

Overcut:

1.00 for regular blades
1.20 for 60 degree plus:
0 for pen tool and other tools…
