I just went back into my emails and Sherri had said no one comes up under the name you sent. Could it have been purchased under a different name or company? The system will only pull the exact name used. So I sent the denial letter because we cannot verify the original purchase.
If you can supply an order number or different name that might have been used, you can apply again and we can check it. Please also be aware of the used machine policy to get the software and access to the learning center. But first things first. If you can send more information that can help her verify the original owner, we can proceed. Because there have been unauthorized dealers selling the machine, we need to verify each purchase.
