Sherri@silverbulletcutters.com or ThatsScrap@aol.com

I have never heard of a Foilmaster eating a piece of paper - never!

Did you try running another sheet of lightweight cardstock through to see what happens? I would turn the machine on and put the heat at the lowest and just run something a little heavier through and watch what happens.

Thank you Gigi, I will do that! :) It was very weird. I've used it lots, I don't understand how it happened or why! I'll update if anything changes! :)

Just tried. It is sending the paper right into the machine! So sad. I'm going to shoot Sheri and e-mail. Thanks for at least trying to help me!

Are you putting full sized papers into the machine? She said that can happen if you use a smaller size and don't use the appropriately sized sandwich.........

I cannot figure out how it is going back into the machine?? I am just curious - does it start to come out the back side where you can see it? Wondering if you can guide it out. That is just weird...

I was laminating an 8 1/2 x 11 paper. It went in, nothing came out. Yes, it is very strange! I've been talking to Sherri about it. Hope we can get it resolved! :)

How strange. I have never used it to laminate.

Well as long as you are working with Sherri - she is the best one to resolve this. I am perplexed. Would love to hear the outcome!

Hi Gigi! I just wanted to let you know that I ended up having to get another Foil Master. For some reason the paper fed into itself and left it in an accordion inside the machine. This is the second time in the history of the Foil Master...Sherri was as perplexed as we were. But she did help me a lot. She did say that when laminating it might help to put it between a paper "sandwich".. I want to say thanks for your help.. :)

You are very welcome and I am glad it was resolved. And yes, I think it's a good idea to make a sandwich no matter what - just to be safe!

Good to know you will be back up and running soon. Thank you for the update!
