Mats are bowed

Mats are bowed

Postby dinaj » September 7th, 2015, 6:45 pm

My mats have bows in them where the pressure rollers are. Is there a way to flatten the mats back out? Any help appreciated. Thanks

Yes - It is recommended that you rotate the mats so the pinch wheels are not going over the same places time and time again. So rotate them every few cuts. You can also roll them in reverse overnight and that will help. You can search the forum for other ideas. Some people have put them in the sun to get warm and them flatten them.

But the best thing is to rotate them while using so they don't bow in the first place. Hope that helps.
