Have you all seen what has happened with the Explore?

Here's the article I read today. SO, SO glad for my BC Cougar (hopefully soon to upgrade to the SB). I'm glad I don't have to deal with this anymore. Fondly, Tami

Looks like you forgot to add the link to the article you are referring to perhaps (I don't see anything anyway) ;)

I am assuming though you were referencing the article on Kay, CleverSomeday's blog found here: https://cleversomeday.wordpress.com/201 ... cutpolicy/

Must say - I had already heard the rumblings about this not too long ago when PC first introduced a new update to their online program that you must use with their Newer machines, the Explore. Nothing that company does ever surprise me and why I quit getting their "stuff" years ago and upgraded to a BC Cougar! :P

WOW! I have to say I agree - nothing they do surprised me anymore.

What a huge disappointment for a company to behave that way, and what a slap in the face to so many consumers :(

I saw that, but from some of the Facebook groups I am in the problems go beyond that. The servers are down more than up, windows computer specs have also been changed several times, you can not use it on some servers, and it goes on and on. It is too bad, since it appears that this model at least can cut a circle, but you are totally stuck with awful software so you have no hope. I feel bad for the newbies that just bought what they heard all the hype about and now are stuck.

so glad that I am off that hamster wheel. I got fed up with PC over the 3rd party software issue and dumped my Expression. So glad I got my Cougar (now SB) and no longer have to deal with PC. I still pass up all PC stuff in the stores. I have found other brands of stuff that PC makes, and I like them even better.
