Why does the silver bullet make a noise like a fax machine (or when computer used to connect to the internet 10 yrs ago..) when it is cutting?

Are you talking about the high pitched noise it makes when it's on -or the noise when it cuts. That is normal.

the lower the V, the louder it is. Brings back Fax machine sounds and dail-up modem. Beeerrreee burrrr wwwaaaa.

Not the best sound when you are cutting middle of the night with your family members sleeping.
