Storage

I have a ton of paper and a good share of vinyl that I have struggled with organizing for quite a long time. Well, it's not a struggle anymore. I purchased these microfilm cabinets from a surplus sale at a local university. They are perfect for paper and sheet vinyl. My husband took some of the dividers out, so I can get 2 stacks of 12x12 paper in each drawer with a little side cubby. I used vinyl to label the drawers.

The only problem... now my husband knows where I have things and he helps himself when he needs anything from my stash. Ha :(

(Sorry the picture is not very clear and things aren't tidy yet. I was in the middle of the process when I took the picture with my phone

Awesome find and great thinking! And, yes, the downside to organization is that others will know what you have, where it is, and will help themselves to it. LOL

Great idea for storage. I prefer to keep my room in some chaos and then they are afraid to go in there, much less be able to find anything I don't want them to find! ;) Plus, that helps when bringing in new equipment/supplies - they don't realize that there was something new brought in! ;) :D

You are right MeFlick. I've already found my glue gun out in the garage. Not quite sure what to do about it yet. Maybe alarms that go off when the drawers open. lol :)
