It is with sadness that I write this post.
Glynis (AKA Whizzy) a talented and lovely member of our forum passed away on the 27/1/15... 64 years old
She had been ill for a while but fought hard.
Jenny (from Melbourne) and I had the pleasure of meeting Glynis early last year for afternoon tea at her house where she showed us her amazing miniatures she had created and the amazing views from her balcony. She was a very talented lady and will be missed.

Thanks for letting us know. Glynis - Whizzy was always a positive and caring/sharing member of the forums that I saw her participate in. Her "presence" in the crafting forums will be greatly missed. I am so glad that you were able to meet her in person and see her beautiful work.

I have been away for a while and it broke my heart to learn that Glynis passed away. She, along with many others in this forum, was very generous and willing to help whenever I had a question. Love.

A very talented lady - gone way too soon. So sad. I hope her family would be able to see these messages to see how she has impacted the community - but I guess they already know how wonderful she was.
