That is gorgeous and I am SOOO glad I posted the question. There is so much that crafters in the USA do not know because we are not exposed to the same materials that crafters in the UK and elsewhere have known about for years. I truly feel that as a generation, we are so blessed to have to the internet as it brings cultures and people together in a way that had never been possible for our parents and earlier generations. Thanks to all of you who helped me understand what this material is and the possibilities it has.

Oh I love this. I've taught these classes for "hand" creations. I can't wait to get my embossing tool and be able to use the cat. It is always so amazing. I use to be able to get the thicker vellum at some of the stamp companies, but not always. Oh this just excites me!

I didn't know you used to teach these classes, Retta - that is impressive as there is so much to it. I have only scratched the surface but I love ALL of the Dutch papercrafting - it has such an elegance about it.

WOW - that is absolutely fabulous. You are a very talented lady. Makes me want to go out and get some pergamano - (never heard of it before).

It really is gorgeous - I am sure your GD will keep it forever.

Barbara wrote:This is one I did for my GD. I made an svg file and did all the outlines withe the fine embossing tool on my cat and the hand embossed inside the lines. Because this is solid embossing I probably could have done it all with the cat. Done on 140 gm pergamano parchment.

That is absolutely stunning, I am speechless. How did you do that? Tutorial please, I don't think I could do that even then. WOW
