A tip regarding your mat

A tip regarding your mat

Postby Dana » May 31st, 2011, 9:29 pm

If you have long hair... don't lean over the machine while loading your mat.... just in case it is gets stuck to the mat. IT WILL get caught in the rollers.

I now am sporting a new do... 5" inches shorter!!! LOL

Oh my goodness! LMBO! Sorry, but I just can't help it! Dawn and Christy both have long hair, don't remember them ever issuing this warning though!

If you aren't careful, your boobies will change settings as you lean over your machine. I don't think anyone has ever gotten them caught in the rollers yet!

And Dana, that must have been awful when you got your hair caught on the rollers. Did it freak you out at all? (As you can see I have now stopped laughing enough to be concerned about your ordeal!!!!)

Thank goodness you are alright. Was someone there to help, or did you have to cut your way out. I know it is serious. But I can see my self doing this, and having to unhook the cougar, and lugging it around to find someone or something to get me out that jam.

Dana, The good news is, your hair will grow back... so hubby will just have to live with it for awhile.
I'm glad you are okay, and you didn't damage yourself seriously or your machine.
I always wear my hair in a pony tail when I'm doing my crafting, just to keep it out of my eyes, and out of my way.

Dana - I'm sorry you had to go through this!

Now the new warning sign - Put your hair up and tuck in your boobies, you will be having fun and don't want to change settings or get your hair in the rollers!

Dana -

You did a wonderful service here by letting everyone know. We will all be careful because you cared enough to post.

Now I must say to the other posters, I love your posts and this thread made me chuckle.

We're laughing WITH YOU, honestly we are! Poor you! I hope it didn't cause you too much of a problem at the time.
Ok, my Cougar's not here yet, but my hair is only shoulder length - check; boobies, not well endowed - check; Anything else to check off before I get my baby?
