Laser on/off screen

Hi

TRying to help new owner who is having difficulty accessing the laser on/off screen
For me the process is

See the Blackcat v/f screen Press online button once, see the x/y setting screen, press the menu button once and then I see the Laser on/off screen

However it seems that is not happening for her ? Any suggestions gratefully received

The problem is that she is not getting to the Laser screen on /off - apparently it just stays on the x/y screen and does not change after the menu button is pressed

There are different reactions depending on if she is "online" or "offline"... have you had her try it both ways?
