OK inside placement assistance.......

OK inside placement assistance.......

Postby pigtailpat » September 19th, 2011, 8:55 am

I wanted to get the photos up early in the day, so I could get your opinions and advice, so I can hopefully assemble tonight after all the day chores........

My question is this, should all four tabs be facing the same way to read, but, when one is folded up it will be upside down like:

or

should the bottom tab one be reversed like:

finally - here's a shot (bad) of all three lined up. Even with the wide angle, cannot get them all close - this is a big box. I am happy with how the lettering came out - both for color and uniform look. The sizing of the box was perfect for that.

thanks a bunch in advance to helping me out..........

I do mine like you've done the top photo, but either way works.

Pat, I would choose the second method. It is looking great!

Thanks everyone for your help. I will, hopefully, be assembling the box tonight. After that, all I would have left in the middle centerpiece to "stand" up in the box, which will be a star of david attached to a pole, that will have base to hide the gluing of the wooden dowel to the base. What's the best way to glue a wooden dowel? I have some of the zip glue stuff, and I also have that gorilla tape stuff (remember, the tip of the dowel connecting to the paper will be hidden by the base on top). I guess the gorilla tape?

lol very true - by my entire life, that pretty much means two projects (and they were for mothers so they would have probably liked it if it was just a crayon drawing) :-)
