MTC and starting point with cougar?

I just barely updated to the last 3-point-whatever version.
I'm so far behind, I don't even know what I can do :)

(also, beautiful afghan, and hope that arm heals quickly for you!)

So Tyler, if we do this 0 x and y adjustment using the cougar plug in, will that change anything when I would want to try print and cut again? Or, in other words...would I have to change my settings back and forth depending on what I was doing?

You would need to change them back again for print and cut

Thanks Dawn, that is what I was thinking and wanted to be sure. I'll just switch back and forth between plug ins. :)

Sounds like a plan! I always just switched them back and forth. I just wish the cougar plugin had the 3 point registration PnC!!

Just discovered this thread yesterday and I am so glad I did. I love the knifepoint cutting now. Thanks for the videos and all the help

Glad you found it, Lynn! Knife Point cutting is my favorite method. Not having to think about where a cut is going to be is the best!

Lynn, so glad you made it work. I get that warm and fuzzy feeling when I read these success stories. My favorite way to cut also.

It is so funny the attitude that changes once it just *clicks* for someone. All of a sudden they go from quite a bit of frustration to loving the cutter! Congrats!

Conicuts, Love the afghan; glad they got the cancer soon. Hope your arm heals up quickly. I have 3 totes or better of afghan squares I need to put together; I can crochet some but no knitting. I have gone to chem with my BF and for a while I was crocheting neck scarves for the people that were taking care of her. Passed the time while chit chatting and kept my hands busy; they all seemed to like them, so it was good.
If it makes you feel alittle better, I haven't had alot of time to cut much yet either. Have had alot on my plate and still do; am hoping to get some of the stuff done in the next week or so. Than back to cutting and airbrushing; I hope. I just noticed where you are from; my DH would love to live there as he is a huge Earnhardt fan. To the sickening point; I went with him to all of the car stuff in Charlotte, it was like watching paint dry to me but he loves it.
Take care of yourself and thanks everyone for tutorials and help; your all great!!!!
