I know this has nothing to do with papercrafting or cutting anything but I thought I would share it anyway. I needed an dry erase board for my desktop. Most of my stuff is packed for "when" I move (which is still up in the air since it was recommended that we wait until DS is finished with the 9 week or semester since alot of AZ has year round school). But anyway, back to the subject, I needed something to keep in front of me that has my "to do" list or deadlines for work.
I didn't really want to go out any buy a dry erase board, so I took a frame I have (8 x 10) and took out the mat, placed a black cardstock in place of a picture, and VOILA, instant dry erase board. I use the Expo Neon markers so that black is a great background. The frame is a "fancy" gold one from Walmart that I had.
You know, I was thinking that I may make some for the kitchen and etch a little chef and "menu" on the glass. Or just etch "TO DO LIST" or something. Possibilities are endless.
