I ordered my mat on Friday and got them yesterday! Woo hoo! Can't wait to use it! It does not feel "sticky", so I had to put a piece of paper on the mat to make sure it stuck...and it DOES!!!

I had a similar reaction Mary! Felt "unsticky" but not when you put paper/cardstock on there - love it!!

I think 2 colours metal is one colour on the outside and a different colour when you engrave it, I think.

Suzan, not that I thought you were exaggerating, but I was truly shocked that it was not "sticky". I knew FOR SURE that I had a bad mat! LOL Will be going home in 53 minutes to see what the new mat can do! I am going to keep my old mat...but it certainly has been put through the test of time! It is pretty sickly looking compared to the new one!

Well Mary as punishment you now have to stay until 4 pm pacific time. Oh and I never get rid of mats. I have some that the back side are mostly blue in color from all the times I have taped the cracks. You can never ever have to many mats. But I am proud. I gave my mom 4 brand new cricap mats last night.

OMG OMG OMG!!!! I JUST received my new mat and new click blade holder!!!! These are BOTH A M A Z I N G!!!!! GORGEOUS beautiful cuts!!!! And the paper just lifts right off the mat!!!! These are WONDERFUL!!!! Sherri & Dawn ladybug's you both did a phenominal job on both the click blade holder AND the mats!!!!! I bought the 11.7x 16.5 mat and cut in half......so now I have 2 AWESOME mats!!!!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU ladies!!!
