New Scrap/Skype area

Postby beanie21787 » August 10th, 2011, 11:46 am

I got a wild hair yesterday and changed around part of my scrap room. My Mom had given me the table several years ago and it was in the basement collecting dust so I cut it in 1/2 and mounted it to the wall. It works great this way. I know some of you are probably saying why ruin it and not just put the table there. Well I have a blind Saint Bernard and she is older (shush don't tell her that) and I can't have things sticking out to far or she will run into them and she pretty much lives in this room.

that is a great idea! I wish someone would come and do my room! I have DH that always puts his 2 cents in!

I have plenty of horizontal spaces..but it gets filled up with this, that, and the other! If there is an open spot, anything can fit there! LMBO!!

Looks great Beanie. I understand the blind dog thing, we had one that was blind also and I could not move any furniture around at all. My baby is at rainbow ridge now.

Oh I am so sorry Phyllis these big furry lugs are just not around long enough. I have been showing/breeding Saint Bernards for about 15 years and though I love every one of them when this one goes it is going to be very hard she was my first Champion and I also bred her she was #4 saint and #2 feamle saint for a short time I had to stop showing her because she was attacked in the ring and it freaked her out so bad I could not get her near any other dogs for a long time. She still is a bit scared of big dogs.....This is her son Panda

I just took this a few minutes ago when I was out trying to get rid of some more fur. I took 2 trash cans off him yesterday and this today

We had a dog, the best girl ever. Bailie at rocks, plastic swimming pools, electric cords plugged in, barbies, shoes, you name it. But I loved her to death. She weighed a ton, and would crawl on my lap in the wind. She would let Valerie stand on her head. And let our cat who was a baby knead on her chest.

All that fur reminds of my Alaska trip this summer. After brushing the Huskies, a local woman would take all the fur, sterilize it, and weave it into yarn - don't ask me how. So now I am the proud owner of a Husky fur headband, which is great for me since I get terrible hat head (so vain I know). Your dogs are so sweet!
