I was just there again this morning, and it looks like it is back in stock as I was able to put some in my basket. (I already bought some so not buying more, but just wanted to see if it was there).

I don't think there is a coupon code, it looks like everything is already marked down. These prices are better than any I have seen at any of the other internet sites that I have been watching for vinyl.

Angel,

Thank you! I was going to check this morning, but I have been busy at work. (I snuck on here for a minute!)

I am going to order now! I guess my minute will be a little longer! LOL

humm, I"ve never used vinyl on Cardstock so I"m not sure but I don't see why it wouldn't work. You can also get a cheap .16 cent 4*4 tile at home depot though if you want to try that.

Diane near the top of the thread said that there is a pack of vinyl 20 for something like $22.99 but you can pick your own colors. I don't see it on her site. Only a variety pack of colors. can anyone please point me in the right direction of where I can pick my own colors for that price?

I might have to try some Iron On. Is the teflon sheet the same thing as the ranger craft mat that tim holtz always uses?

Thanks for the help.

Okay...I ordered a roll of the 6" x 10 and the 12" x 10. I have so much vinyl, yet so little time to do anything with it! I didn't want the transfer tape to sit there like everything else that I "have to have"!

Katie -

Here you go
http://www.vinylsuperstore.com/products ... olors.html

It's the 12x24 pack for 22.99 - you can tell her what colors and what finishes you want. Hope that helps.

My vinyl shipped today, so hopefully I will have it by Friday.. and will have the weekend to play with it. Not sure what all I'm going to do with it yet, but at least I will have a variety of colors to play with. I also got some of the cling.. not sure what I'm going to do with it... need to figure out how to use the stuff.

WHOOOO HOOOOOO... My MailLady just came to my door with my Vinyl order.... I am thrilled with what I got. They even threw in 2 extra sheets of vinyl, (I counted just to be sure). All the colors are so pretty.. I am going to have to find some things to make with it now. Good thing I have the weekend off... just not going to be around Saturday, but have the rest of today, and all day Sunday.

Now I need to figure out how to use the Clear Static Cling stuff.... (one of those things that looks like it would be fun to play with, but have no idea what to do with it yet).

Okay, This isn't really a masterpiece, but I added some flowers to my tumbler that I had made about a month or so ago. The little flowers by my name are about 1/2 inch, and the ones at the bottom of the tumbler are just under 1 inch. I did learn that even with small things, if you are layering, you really should use registration marks... LOL

I do love the option in signcut to cut a box around the vinyl. I had been doing that in MTC by adding a square around my image, but Signcut makes it automatic. I tried adding registration marks from Signcut, but they were so small, that I couldn't even see them. I think it was because my images were so small. I think I will have to find my file of registration marks so that I can add that to my design in Inkscape before I send it to Signcut.

ETA: The flower files I used are from Lettering Delights, their Simple Flower Shapes SVG set.

Thanks Gigi, I have such a hard time trying to decide what designs I want to use... finally decided to just pick a couple and put them on.. if I don't like them, I can always change them later... but I actually like this. Wasn't what I had in mind, but what I was thinking would have been a lot harder to layer... LOL

Well I think you did a GREAT job.

And I have the same problem - takes me forever to decide what file(s) to use and then what colors to cut out etc. We will have to cheer each other on to just "go for it"!!

Enjoy your new tumbler!

I have the 24 inch, so have a bit of room.. was thinking of some scrolly type designs, but I just can't find "the one" that jumps out at me and says... USE ME!!! LOL I haven't even decided on a name for it yet ( Don't even know if it is a he or she... LOL)
