My software doesn't seem to be communicating with my cutter.I will attach a screenshot of what maybe the issue.

I am not sure what that is - is it a usb hub? Try connecting to a different usb port. And check device manager to see if there are errors showing up. When you fail to get a connection it can be the usb port (they can go bad) or the usb cord. Switch out one thing at a time. If that has multiple ports, see if other things connect to it.

Did some quick reading. Have you used this before? You dont need an external FTDI driver for the machine. As I said, I skimmed what I read but am not sure if you have used this before and why you are using it now??
