Siler Bullet cutting head stuck at right end side

Hoping someone may be able to help out or help me troubleshoot
I have a customer bring his machine to me for some help, when they started it last week the cutting head went to the left hand side and kept knockong into the encap, they turned it off and restarted it and now the cutting head is stuck at the right hand side and won't move even in the offline mode.. we have done a factory reset but that didn't help.
I welcome any help and suggestions
