Are you using the setting tool to set the blade? Is your mat flat or warped? Are you brayering your material to the mat so it is not moving? Did you check your blade holder to be sure there isnt anything stuck in the holder that would prevent the blade from cutting? (I realize you changed the blade, but just going through the mental checklist). Are you sure the blade you are putting in are in perfect condition? (It is easy to nick a blade if you are not careful). Are you using the blades that Sherri sells or another kind. What material are you cutting? Did you do a test cut on it to be sure you have the right pressure?
Again, I know you changed the blade multiple times, but the usual reasons for a blade tearing paper are that it is nicked or chipped, or that it is sticking out of the blade holder too far or set too close to the media you are cutting. Have you checked all of those things?
Any specific information you can share would be helpful.
