My cuts are not meeting from beginning to end

When cutting a shape, any shape, the ending point doesn't meet the beginning point. I've tried cutting in SCAL and MTC and still having the same issue. Can anyone help me????

Have you set your offset anbd overcut properly per the learning center guidelines? I would start there. And what material are you cutting and with which blade?
