Mat is bent

Hello all,
I am new to the forum and I have searched for an answer to this question but have come up empty. I ordered a new mat for my Silver Bullet but it arrived bent. Looks like Fedex sat on my package. Is there some way to work a fold out of a mat? It is a pretty pronounced crimp.

The mats are usually rolled in shipping and I have not heard of one "bent" upon arrival. I would contact Sherri and explain the problem.

In the meantime, you can put it in the heat or gently iron it on the reverse side to flatten it - both have worked for curled mats, but I am not sure anything will completely help one that is bent and creased.
