SB Pro 15" Support Table

Hi Gigi,

I am trying contact Sherri regarding an issue with installation of the support table for my SB Pro 15" machine. I have sent a couple of emails with photos explaining the issue to Sherri and have not heard from her yet. Can you please follow up with Sherri and let me know when I should expect to hear from her?

She answers all of her emails within 24 hours. Which email are you using to reach her? It is very unlike her not to return an email or a phone call within that time frame.

Yes, I was going to let you know. Because you emailed over the holiday weekend (I didn't even think about that) we did very little if any tech support. When I mentioned your email to her, she had just gotten to it in her inbox.

For future reference, we rarely respond on the weekend and/or over a holiday. It sounds like you just needed to watch how to assemble it in the learning center. Hope you have them properly attached now.
