the size of the actual cut job is 1" smaller than size

I'm trying to cut a simple imported from a pdf file. The size of the shape is correct in SCAL4 and if I try a print and cut it prints the correct size but when I try to cut the shape it cuts about 1" smaller than it should. I've looked at all of my settings and have tried to reset the silver bullet but can't figure out why it's doing this. Can anyone help!!!!!!

Have you calibrated your machine in order to do a print and cut. That will throw it off easily. Also be sure you are cutting WYSIWYG (which print and cut should default to) If you want to upload the file as an svg or email it to me in the SCUT format, you can send to me - admin@silverbulletcutters.com.
